By Toutatis! "Rescue Obelix on your mobile!"

IN-FUSIO has signed a licence agreement with Editions Albert René to coincide with the release of the 33rd album of the adventures of Asterix the Gaul.

For the first time ever, join the hero created by René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo in a game on your mobile phone.

London, 26 September 2005: IN-FUSIO, the leader in mobile phone entertainment, presents its new platform game: "Asterix® - Rescue Obelix®".

The Gaulish village is in peril. Obelix disobeyed Getafix's strict orders and drank a whole cauldron of magic potion. He has now turned into a statue! Under the cover of night, the Romans captured him and are holding him prisoner in their camp.

And so begins a new Asterix adventure on your mobile. Drink a few gulps of the magic potion, take control of Asterix and set off to rescue his best friend.

You, the player, control Asterix, who sets out from the village, joined by the determined and strong Gauls, in search of his companion to rescue him from the Romans. As the hero you will travel through twelve levels in three different worlds: the forest, the dolmens and the Roman camp, taking control of his progression in the adventure and tackling the increasing game difficulty.

Various similarities are transferred from the popular console game to this mobile game: while fighting the Romans throughout the different stages, the hero must jump over tricky obstacles, collect bonuses, push rocks to reach certain routes and much more. "Jump'n'Run" fans will love this one!

Asterix has some handy items to help him in his quest to rescue his friend:

*Extra lives

*Flasks of potion to make him invincible

*Sesterces (Roman currency) he collects along the way earn him points and lives.

'Asterix is legendary: 24 million French viewers saw the last two films, 320 million comic strips have been sold worldwide and more than 8 million are estimated for the next album. We are delighted to participate in this huge launch by creating the first "Asterix & Obelix" game for mobile phones.' says IN-FUSIO's Achim Kürten, Marketing Manager Western Europe,. 'We are launching this original version to coincide with the release of the new edition of the comic strip on 14th October. Skilled players can immerse themselves in this "Jump 'n' Run" game set in the world of our famous Gauls!'
