Bounty Bay Online - Cities under siege, on sea and on land

Ahoy you landlubbers,

Pirate-Pete and Cimitar-Chris from Bounty Bay Online currently have no time, because this week they are part of a guild taking London under siege. "Arrr, this is verily a lot o' fun Aye", says Pirate-Pete. And Cimitar-Chris doesn't add anything, as he's still holding his giant cannon balls.

The possibility to conquer cities is a contributing part in what makes the world of Bounty Bay Online living. The MMOG of 15th century lets guilds take other guilds cities under siege. This means taking it under fire from sea, then fighting ones way into harbour walls and into the main city walls. A raid like this typically requires several hours and at least a few dozen participants. The victorious party then takes the city under its control and gets - amongst others - the right to define local tax rates.

Right now, the Bounty Bay Online closed beta test is running. Players can sign up to take part for free: www.bbo.yusho.de/en/Beta_Registration/

Bounty Bay Online puts gamers in the time of early discoveries in the 15th century. Every gamer builds his own online destiny, whether you choose to be a merchant, adventurer, fisherman or pirate. Besides Europe, Africa and Asia also await players to be explored. Scheduled release is end of July 2007. For more info visit: www.bountybayonline.com
