German publisher sets sights on browser game market.
Eschborn/Frankfurt, December 8, 2010: bitComposer Games GmbH is officially announcing the creation of bitComposer Online GmbH today. The aim of the division is specifically to develop, sell and distribute online browser games.
Wolfgang Duhr and Oliver Neupert are also the managing directors of the new company.
“bitComposer Online GmbH will enable us to target the online and browser games market and to separate the traditional business of bitComposer Games GmbH and the new direction of bitComposer Online GmbH. While we aim to achieve a higher level of transparency regarding the different business models, the new business will still benefit from the know-how and resources of the parent company and exploit various synergies.
