Property tycoon strategy sim updated to version 1.3a.

January 12, 2009, Rusty Axe Games has released version 1.3a of Big$hot for PC. The update fixes a number of small bugs, addresses and polishes a wide variety of issues and includes a significant graphical overhaul as well.

Big$hot is a financial strategy game about buying and developing business properties from the same team that brought you Real E$tate Empire. In Big$hot you play the role of an entrepreneur whose job is to build a portfolio of properties that can be leveraged into a business empire. Building chains of properties will help the budding entrepreneur become more profitable as will buying and improving a variety of helper properties like media, construction and realty companies that will reduce costs across all of your holdings. Big$hot is easy to learn how to play with a complete tutorial system but also includes all of the features that you would hope for in an economic simulator including being able to build complex deals, to attend auctions where you can outbid your opponents, an economic system that plays an important role in the game and an intuitive and logical system for improving and marketing your properties.

What to hold, what to fix, what to package up and deal off - it's all about risk and reward as you try to build your property monopolies and acquire strategic businesses that will help you build and promote your burgeoning business empire.
