Bellrock and The Tennis Channel team for new sports title

Turbo Tennis to benefit from TV advertising deal

Bellrock Media has teamed with The Tennis Channel to market its forthcoming sports game Turbo Tennis.

The title will feature branding from the TV channel, as well as on-air and online advertising and a dedicated website.

"The Tennis Channel is the ideal partner for our Turbo Tennis game," commented Bellrock president Peter Levin.

"Its ability to reach a tennis-hungry audience across multiple platforms is spot on with our targeted co-branding strategy," he added.

Television spots will begin this month and continue into the first quarter of 2007, and the game will also be promoted through the cable network's newsletter, with a reach of 80,000 subscribers.

"Tennis fans are passionate, and the sport is perfectly suited for these emerging new media applications and opportunities," said Lynn Forbes, VP of web and new media at The Tennis Channel.

"Bellrock has created an addictive, fun phone game that lets tennis fans and The Tennis Channel viewers play wherever they are."
