Archeoludica
Italian retro gaming convention is the first of its kind.
Archeoludica is the first convention of retrogaming in Italy made with the patronage of public university and private corporation. Made possible by the combined work of the society Oni Communication and “La Sapienza” of Rome, Archeoludica will be a great exposition of videogame hardware and software which will exhibit many of the most valuable and meaningful console of the golden arcade era. Guests will have the opportunity to see and play most of the historical videogames that become an important part of the Italian and international pop culture.
In the same setting a team of expert will organize Confeludica , a series of meeting, round tables and conferences with the most important name of the Italian developers field. These characters will meet the fan , the students and the gamers to answer their questions about game industry and to talk about the situation of the videogame Italian market.
Archeoludica and Confeludica are also proud to announce the artistic expo of videogame and pixel art, made thanks to the collaboration of Ankama Games and the cultural association Neoludica. Thanks to them the congress will be turn in a real museum, where look at sketches, game design documents and real picture about games and pixel art.
