AOL launches game music station

Online broadcast service America Online Radio Network has announced the launch of a new station that will feature original soundtracks from classic videogames.

The Video Game Scores station will play music from Halo 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, Metroid Prime and the Final Fantasy series, amongst others.

It's designed to build on the success of previously launched Final Fantasy Radio station, which was available on the AOL Radio Network from November 03 - April 04. There are now more than 200 originally programmed stations on AOL.

The Video Game Scores station is available at AOL Keyword: Radio under the Soundtracks/Themes category.
