All Points Bulletin (APB)

Meet Josh, the human avatar.

The Human Avatar activity, inspired by the creative freedom of All Points Bulletin’s innovative expression suite, has now reached stage two. The gaming community have spoken choosing 25-year-old Freerunner, Josh to be their Human Avatar and undergo a total San Paro transformation over the coming weeks.

We caught up with Josh to get his view on why he put himself forward for the life-altering experiment. “I’ve been out of university for about a year now doing a bit of dancing, breakdancing and freerunnning and this seemed like a great opportunity.” he said, “I’m a massive gamer and this is what drew me to APB and the Human Avatar project. I want to be able to show my grandkids that I was once made into a video game character!”

First up for Josh, it’s haircut time. Log on to www.thehumanavatar.com to pick from six different San Paro themed styles: Red Devil, Da Fade, Skins, Cyber Punk, Shockr or Mohawk. The hair style with the most votes will be applied to Josh by leading London hair designer, Darren Evans, who’s previous work includes being Kristin Scott-Thomas’ hair stylist on ‘The Walker’ and make-up department head on ‘Streetdance 3D’.

Voting ends at 12pm, Monday 12th July so cast your votes now at www.thehumanavatar.com.
