Airborne Entertainment Joins List of Top Mobile Media Companies Licensing The Tira Jump Product Suite

New Agreement Lets Airborne Entertainment Content Take Flight on Over 250 Devices

TORONTO - June 21, 2005 - Tira Wireless, the premier provider of technology for the mobile content market, today announced that Montreal-based Airborne Entertainment Inc., a leading publisher of mobile entertainment content, is licensing the Tira Jump Product Suite for internal deployment. With this license agreement, Airborne can bring its mobile content deployment processes in-house, creating new efficiencies in publishing content for global consumption and significantly increasing its time to market and cost advantages. A recognized industry leader, Airborne brings both original and leading branded games and applications such as BuzztimeT, Maxim ToGoT, Snowboard Park TycoonT, Donald Trump's Real Estate TycoonT and Wine Spectator Mobile CompanionT to the mobile marketplace through a vast distribution network.

Airborne Entertainment joins the ranks of other leading mobile entertainment companies - such as Disney Mobile and Babel Media - that have also licensed the Tira Jump Product Suite to effectively manage the deployment of their mobile content assets. Tira Jump technology has now been used by over 35 leading mobile entertainment companies to generate more than 6,000 builds on over 250 devices in eight languages for mobile operator networks around the world.

The Tira Jump Product Suite enables the deployment of mobile applications across 250 different handsets, as well as multiple languages and mobile operator requirements. It drives significant efficiencies in the deployment of mobile applications by automating the content management process, thereby ensuring quality, consistency and control; and automating the creation of multiple builds of applications from a portable reference build.

"We are pleased that our technology has been a component of Airborne's success in this fast growing market," said Matt Golden, VP Business Development and Co-Founder of Tira Wireless. "In the past year, Airborne has grown dramatically and made significant inroads into the international market. By joining the growing league of publishers that have licensed the Tira Jump Product Suite, Airborne is positioned to further accelerate its penetration of the mobile entertainment marketplace."
