ACTIVISION'S TONY HAWK'S UNDERGROUND 2 ROCKS GAMERS WITH A POWERHOUSE SOUNDTRACK FEATURING WORLD-CLASS ROCK, PUNK AND HIP-HOP ACTS

London, UK - September 28, 2004 - Featuring such classic acts as Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash and The Doors, as well as Metallica, Ramones, Sugarhill Gang and Jimmy Eat World, Activision, Inc.'s (Nasdaq:ATVI) Tony Hawk's Underground 2 is rocking gamers with an eclectic in-game soundtrack that includes 53 tracks. As players travel the globe on a World Destruction Tour, they will experience music from a variety of artists who have defined musical genres for the past seven decades. The latest evolution in the #1 action sports franchise, Tony Hawk's Underground 2 delivers more interaction than any other Tony Hawk game. Players take off on an all out skating blitzkrieg where two teams led by Tony Hawk and Bam Margera conquer sick terrain, wreak havoc, pull off mischievous pranks and make a variety of international cities their personal stomping ground both on and off the board.

Tony Hawk's Underground 2 is being developed by Neversoft Entertainment for the PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft and Nintendo GameCubeTM, and has a 16+ PEGI rating. The PC/CD-ROM version is being developed by Beenox Studios and has a 16+ PEGI rating. The Game Boy Advance version is being developed by Vicarious Visions, Inc. and has a 3+ PEGI rating.
