Activision share price drops 6.4%

Value tumbles following sales by the company's CEO Kotick and director Kelly

Shares in Activision dipped today after the filing of two SEC documents revealing the seemingly bearish sale of stocks by director Brian Kelly and CEO Bobby Kotick.

Kotick's sales amounted to 1.2 million shares at USD 10.18 per share, while Kelly sold 1.9 million at the price of USD 10.43 per share.

Following this, the company opened to a share price of USD 10.28, which fell by 4.9 per cent to USD 9.90, according to Market Intelligence Center.

At the time of writing the share price has fallen to USD 9.75 per cent, representing a 6.43 per cent drop from its opening price, but above the 52 week low of USD 8.14.
