Activision music licensing expert joins Nimrod
Sergio Pimentel to head music supervision arm as audio production house expands
Audio production house Nimrod Productions has announced the appointment of Sergio Pimentel as director of music and licensing, as the company expands its music supervision arm.
A regular speaker at conferences such as GDC and Develop, Pimentel was responsible for setting up the music licensing department at Sony Computer Entertainment, where he worked on brands including SingStar, Gran Turismo, LittleBigPlanet, and wipEout.
More recently he headed up Activison Blizzard's European department working on Guitar Hero, DJ Hero, and other titles.
"I'm extremely excited to be heading up Nimrod's music supervision arm and working with one of the most talented audio companies in the industry," said Pimentel.
