$125,000 PRIZE AWARDED CHINESE GAMER IN FATAL1TY “GIVING BACK TO GAMING” ROAD SHOW STOP AT GREAT WALL OF CHINA

Fatal1ty Proud to be Part of Largest Cash Prize Awarded in PC Gaming History.

Victory by China's Gamer seen as Huge Win for Video Gaming and Global Gaming Community.

(Woodland Hills, CA)-- The largest cash prize ever offered in a single PC gaming event was awarded to one of four top Chinese gamers who plays under the alias, "Rocket Boy". Meng Yang, a 21 year old PC gamer, was the only contestant to defeat Fatal1ty as part of the ACON Fatal1ty Shootout at the Great Wall of China and win RMB$1,000,000 (US$125,000). This historic invitational exhibition, presented by ABIT Computer Corporation, was part of the Fatal1ty Road Show titled "Giving Back to Gaming."

Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel praised Meng after the match, "Rocket Boy was on his game today and made all the right moves - he will be an inspiration to gamers worldwide, and for sure to the growing gaming community in China. His victory at my Great Wall of China exhibition was huge, and will be seen as a big win for gaming, particularly for gaming in China", added Wendel. "I'm proud to be part of bringing the largest prize ever awarded in gaming history." Rocket Boy was ecstatic about winning his prize, which made him an instant millionaire; the size of the award presently represents nearly 100 years of a factory worker's average wage in China. "I practiced hard to play in this exhibition because I wanted to play my idol," said Meng Yang. "I've studied him for 5 years and dreamed of playing the number one gamer in the world. I am honored to participate."

Stop number three of The Fatal1ty "Giving Back to Gaming" Road Show moves to Seoul, Korea for an exhibition before going to SMAU ILP, a gaming and technology trade show in Milan, Italy.

With the Fatal1ty exhibition and the spectacular Great Wall of China as a backdrop, ABIT Computer Corporation introduced their inaugural line of Fatal1ty products. The Fatal1ty AA8XE is the first motherboard designed in a combined effort between the ABIT Engineers and Fatal1ty. ABIT's Fatal1ty AA8XE is based on Intel's advanced 925 line of Chipsets and offers full support for the ultimate in performance - DDR2 and PCI-Express. ABIT also launched the Fatal1ty line of ATi VGA cards. The entire ABIT Fatal1ty line will offer features that have never been seen before. Intel, ATi, Kingston, Creative, ViewSonic and PWX Systems also displayed the latest in cutting-edge gaming components.
