Former EA and THQ talent fill out management ranks at Keywords Studios

Newly appointed CCO and CMO at technical service provider

Dublin-based technical services provider Keywords Studios has today announced the appointment of a new chief commercial officer and chief marketing officer.

Formerly of Electronic Arts, Igor Efremov has accepted his new role as CCO for Keywords Studios. Efremov held numerous positions at EA throughout the years before co-founding his own development outlet Sperasoft which was acquired by Keywords in December 2017.

As CCO, Efremov will oversee seven global service lines of Keywords, as well as businesses development worldwide.

Filling in the newly-created role of CMO is Andrew Brown who has experience working with worldwide brands such as Coca Cola and was previously marketing director and senior vice president of the Americas at Activision Blizzard.

Additionally, it was announced that former THQ development director Jamie Campbell -- who joined Keywords after his his company d3t was acquired in 2017 -- has taken up a new position as engineering service line director.

"These changes and additions to our leadership team at Keywords add capability and capacity as we continue to develop our global video games services platform," said Keywords CEO Andrew Day.

"Welcoming companies into the Keywords family and integrating them including to the extent of complementing the leadership team with talented individuals from those companies, is something we pride ourselves on and it is pleasing to see this being reflected in these latest people moves."
