GameSpot names new Editor-in-Chief

CNET's GameSpot announced that it has named Ricardo Torres its new editor-in-chief

CNET's GameSpot announced that it has named Ricardo Torres its new editor-in-chief.

Torres, who has been a member of the editorial team since 2001, officially takes over the reins from Greg Kasavin who left the site a year ago.

GameSpot received much attention last year for the circumstances surrounding the departure of long-time editor Jeff Gerstmann. Torres was previously an editorial director along with Gerstmann.
