Infospace has published its fourth quarter financial report, revealing a drop in profits of more than 20 per cent but a rise in mobile revenues.

Activision has inked a deal with InfoSpace allowing the mobile firm to develop titles based on its Tony Hawk and Gun franchises.

US wireless content firm InfoSpace has announced that it has acquired major German mobile games company Elkware, marking its third major acquisition in the rapidly consolidating mobile space so far this year.
