Time Warner and Chinese firm show interest in Tomb Raider company

SCi Entertainment has now had three bid approaches this month, according to a report in the Times Online.

Time Warner and an unnamed Chinese company have now shown their interest following earlier confirmation from SCi that an offer had been made from another company, believed to have been French publisher Ubisoft.

Amid speculation, shares in SCi rose by 5 per cent on Friday to 349 3/4p, valuing the company at around GBP 300 million (EUR 430.6m).

Time Warner already owns ten per cent of SCi Entertainment.
