Sony Europe's Worldwide Studios vice president Jamie MacDonald is to leave the business at the end of the month, the company has confirmed.

MacDonald was most recently responsible for SCEE's online and social projects, including SingStar and Home.

He joined Sony's London Studio in 2001 as director and helped establish brands such as EyeToy and The Getaway. Prior to joining Sony, he had worked for Criterion, NTL and the BBC.
