Mario Kart Tour and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp tied as Nintendo's second most successful mobile games

Fire Emblem Heroes has become the first Nintendo mobile title to reach $1 billion in lifetime global player spending, making it the most successful Fire Emblem game to date across platforms.

According to Sensor Tower's latest report, Mario Kart Tour and Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp were tied as Nintendo's second most successful mobile games. Both titles have generated $282 million in lifetime global player spending since their respective launch in 2019 and 2017.

Dragalia Lost, which Nintendo recently shut down, settled at No.4 with $168 million in all-time global player spending. Super Mario Run ranked at No.5 with $87 million and Dr Mario World took No.6 with $14 million.

Interestingly, Fire Emblem Heroes isn't the most downloaded Nintendo mobile game, but charted at No.4 with its 17.8 million installs, while Super Mario Run took No.1 with 310.7 million downloads.

During Q1 2022 alone, Fire Emblem Heroes grossed $29 million in global player spending.

The title initially launched in 2017, with Japan being its most lucrative market.
