WORLD CYBER GAMES ANNOUNCES GROUP DRAW FOR WCG 2006 Grand Final in Monza, Italy

(Seoul, September 19, 2006) - The countdown to the WCG 2006 Grand Final in Monza, Italy, will begin with the group draw to be held on 20th of September. While over 1.25 million competitors from 70 participating countries are shaping down to an elite 700, the final stages have been set for these lucky few to realize their dreams and represent their country at the Grand Final in Monza in coming October.

As some of the best gamers and teams from previous WCGs such as Manuel <4K_Grubby> Schenkhuizen from Netherlands in WarCraft®III: Frozen Throne and Team3D from USA in Half Life®:CouterStrik:1.6 will come back this year again, game fans all around the world are already excited to see where top-gamers will be placed at the tournament bracket from this group draw. The result of the group draw will be announced with live flash service through the WCG official website ( www.worldcybergames.com) when the drawing will be done in Seoul on Sep. 20th so that game fans could see the result of the group draw in anytime and anywhere.
