Fairy mini-game TV show tie-in.

LYON, FRANCE – 2 September 2009 – NAMCO BANDAI Partners S.A.S. today announced an agreement with RAINBOW S.p.A to distribute the next instalment in the Winx series Winx Club: Believix in You on Nintendo DS in Europe and the PAL regions this October 2009.

The Winx Club TV series has been a success since its first appearance in 2004. In the hit TV cartoon series viewers follow the path of young fairy friends Bloom, Stella, Flora, Tecna, Layla, Musa and Roxy who develop new abilities with each passing year, ultimately evolving into the latest powerful new transformation: the Believix. The fourth season of Winx Club will be broadcast across Europe this autumn on more than 150 channels around the world, alongside the release of the video game Winx Club: Believix in You and a brand new range of merchandise.

In Winx Club: Believix in You, based on the fourth season of the TV series, the most famous fairies on TV are back in an exciting new story giving fans the chance to wield the incredible Believix powers in the ultimate fight over evil. Players can choose their favourite fairy to play through 16 different missions and 18 mini games to save the world from evil forces. The fun mini games include shopping, working in the Love & Pet, helping Gardenia and much more. In addition players can enter the wireless multiplayer tournament mode and challenge up to 3 friends for fairy supremacy.
