The Wings of Prey series continues

Moscow, April 7, 2010 – Gaijin Entertainment, a leading Russian developer and publisher, announced today the online release of Wings of Luftwaffe, the first major add-on for the popular World War II air combat simulator for the PC, Wings of Prey. The expansion features ten single-player missions, support for up to four players in co-op mode, two new planes and over 40 skins for various planes.

In Wings of Luftwaffe, the player takes on the role of a German pilot and participates in explosive battles over Britain, Sicily, the USSR, Belgium and Germany. These new missions allow virtual pilots to see the war from the enemy’s point of view and try out some of the most advanced fighters of the era.

Wings of Luftwaffe key features:

- Take to the skies as a German pilot

- Embark on 10 new missions

- Cooperative mode for up to four players

- New planes: the Ju 88 A-4 and the P-39N-0

- 44 new skins for the various planes

Wings of Prey focuses on the large-scale air combat and ground operations of World War II. Players participate in some of the war's most famous battles, piloting fighters and going up against planes and bombers across a range of thrilling missions. Wings of Prey features six theatres of war: The Battle of Britain, Stalingrad, Ardennes, Berlin, Sicily and Korsun, which together represent the major European air battles of the Second World War. Wings of Luftwaffe requires the original game to run.

Gaijin today also released the version 1.0.3.2 update for Wings of Prey, the original title. In addition to addressing a number of issues with the game, the update adds support for new languages, including German, Italian, French and Spanish.
