Developer Warthog has posted a loss GBP 31,555 (EUR 46,950) for the six months ended September 2006.

Developer Warthog has posted a loss of GBP 31,555 (EUR 46,950) for the six months ended September 2006.

The loss represents the cost of maintaining the company along with its listing on the AIM market.

The developer's current strategy is to conserve resources while seeking acquisition, which the company states it is currently actively pursuing.

In 2004 Warthog was acquired by Tiger Telematics and became part of Gizmondo Studios, working on projects for the failed handheld device.

Before Gizmondo, Warthog had built a reputation as a prolific UK developer, with a variety of titles for publishers such as VU Games, Electronic Arts and SCi.
