Warlords going mobile

Renowned creators of the Warlords series - Infinite Interactive, have just signed a deal with Impossible - a mobile games development company, that will see the famous franchise expand to mobile phones.

With seventeeen years of successful history, ten highly praised titles, and a vast player community behind it, Warlords is clearly one of the biggest fantasy brands on the game market.

"We are very happy to work with Infinite Interactive on bringing Warlords to mobile. It´s true the series has always been exceptional and that is not going to change with the transition to mobile environment. As for the titles to come, some choices should be fairly obvious while others may be surprising. That´s all I can say at the moment." says Impossible Product Manager Miklós Csémy.

The first Warlords title for mobile phones will be available later this year.

Infinite Interactive was founded in January 2003 by Steve Fawkner, creator and lead designer of the critically acclaimed Warlords series of PC games - Warlords I, II, III & IV, and Warlords Battlecry I, II & III.

The latest Infinite Interactive title is called Puzzle Quest and will be released on 7th March 2007 for DS and PSP by D3P. More info about Puzzle Quest can be found here http://www.infinite-interactive.com/puzzlequest/
