Richard Jacques on his work and advice for budding composers

You'll know Richard Jacques for his work on many videogame soundtracks, from Headhunter and Jet Set Radio, to more recent work on Mass Effect and James Bond: Bloodstone. He's also scored ads, TV and movies, received multiple awards for his work, and performed as part of the Video Games Live concerts.

At last week's Eurogamer Expo, Jacques sat down with Eurogamer's Ellie Gibson to discuss his career to date - the highlights so far, the production process of scoring a game and his favourite work - and to give advice to those seeking to create and build a career in the videogame music business. GamesIndustry.biz recorded the session, and presents it here unedited.
