Velocix/Metaboli deal
Former's asset delivery tech plumped for by latter.
Cambridge, UK – April 20 2009. Following their recent acquisition of the American video games distributor GameTap, Metaboli was looking to adapt and harmonize its digital delivery capabilities to accommodate both its existing subscription based offering as well as plans for a new download-to-own service.

Since the acquisition of GameTap, Metaboli has realigned its organization and launched a new website offering both subscription and download-to-own video game services.
The new shop.gametap.com site went live on April 1st, with digital delivery services provided by Velocix.
