UK Charts: FIFA sticks to the top

EA has three of the top five selling titles in the UK this week, with FIFA 07 topping the All Formats charts

Electronic Arts' FIFA 07 has cemented its position at the top of the all-formats chart this week, while the publishers' Need for Speed: Carbon digs in behind at number two.

Activison's Call of Duty 3 has benefited from a heavy TV ad campaign and marched up the top ten from number seven to number three, while Konami's rival to EA's football franchise, Pro Evolution Soccer 6, shuffles up one place to number four.

EA's third title in the top ten is The Sims 2: Pets, at five, with Microsoft's Xbox 360 exclusive Gears of War slipping three places to number six.

Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy climbs one place to number seven, THQ's WWE Smackdown Vs RAW drops a couple of places to number eight while movie tie-in Cars moves to number nine.

The only new entry in the top ten this week is Ubisoft's latest Tom Clancy-branded title, Rainbow Six: Vegas, at ten.

Two weeks after release, three titles have managed to break into the top forty, with Midway's Happy Feet at 18, Eidos' Who Wants to be a Millionaire: Party Edition at number 25 and EA's Cricket 07 at number 33.
