Twistbox Entertainment Positions for Further International Growth By Establishing London Office and New Executive Hires

Former Warner Bros Entertainment's Mobile and On-line veteran Justin Richardson to Head European Sales and Marketing.

(LOS ANGELES, CA, November 2006) - Justin Richardson, former European mobile executive for Warner Bros Entertainment Inc. has joined Twistbox Entertainment, Inc. to head the company's European Sales and Marketing efforts headquartered out of their new London offices. Also new to the European team is Henrik Salzman, former account manager for GM Entertainments, who will report into Justin and cover Scandinavia out of the Company's Stockholm office. Twistbox's appointments of Mr. Richardson and Mr. Salzman will further strengthen the company's leadership position in a region that includes direct distribution and billing relationships with over 60 European operators.

"Building our local presence in Europe that now includes offices in London, Paris, Düsseldorf, Krakow, Stockholm and Moscow is a critical piece of our expansion plans as we take our programming, operator support and revenue to the next level," stated Twistbox Entertainment CEO Ian Aaron. "Both Justin and Henrik bring the sales and account management discipline to make sure that we deliver the highest quality programming and support to our partners in region."

In working with Warner Bros since 2000, Mr. Richardson co-founded the WB International New Media team, overseeing the entertainment brand's online, interactive TV and mobile businesses in EMEA as Director. He first joined Warner Bros as their Director of Business Development for New Media, but recognized the business potential for mobile content and spearheaded a corporate shift in business strategy in which he carved out a stand-alone mobile business department from the company's existing structure. For Warner Bros he signed and implemented mobile content distribution partnerships with leading mobile brands including Motorola, Amena, and Samsung and expanded distribution deals with leading European operators T-Mobile International, Vodafone, Orange, 02, Three UK and Telefonica. Experienced in European expansion, he also opened mobile operations in Madrid and Paris for Warner Bros and established five web portals with the integration of successful CRM programs for regional business activities.

As Twistbox's European Sales Account Manager, Mr. Henrik will report to Mr. Richardson and be responsible for building new clients throughout Northern Europe. In his former role with GM Entertainment, Mr. Henrick successfully maintained client relationships throughout the world, working in North America, Europe and Asia. He has also worked in sales and business development for Marcus Evans in Stockholm and for US-based companies Auction Consulting Group, LLC, Florida; My Permission, Inc. and trained with Merrill Lynch in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a business studies graduate of Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
