Trinigy signs Asian deals

Neowiz, Nano Play, SmileGate, Aurogon Games, Nsid Global and FPT Online are new partners

3D engine company Trinigy has announced that it has signed seven deals with Asian companies, who have signed up to use its proprietary Vision Engine in a variety of projects.

The best-known new licensee is South Korea's Neowiz, which is at work on two new MMO projects using the German company's tech, while deals have also been inked with Nano Play, SmileGate, Aurogon Games, Nsid Global and FPT Online - based variously in China, Korea and Vietnam.

"We're extremely excited about these new deals in Asia, all of which re-affirm our strategy of organic expansion," said Felix Roeken, GM at Trinigy. "As always, we continue to focus our efforts on providing flexible, stable and high-performance game engine technology as well as incredibly responsive service. This has proven to be a winning combination not only in Korea, but throughout the Asian and global game development markets."

And Ricky Don, chief programmer at Aurogon Games, added: "We've worked with a few game engine technologies in the past, but never with one that gives us the freedom of the Vision Engine.

"Trinigy's game engine is more versatile, extendable and powerful than any other game engine technology we've used, allowing us to simplify our workflow, integrate the technology with our own tools pipeline and speed the overall development of our games."
