THQ Engages United Talent Agency to Represent Highly Celebrated Destroy All Humans!(TM)

UTA to Take Popular Brand to Television and Film

CALABASAS HILLS, Calif., July 14: THQ Inc. (Nasdaq: THQI) today announced that it has engaged United Talent Agency (UTA), a leading Hollywood talent and literary agency, to expand the brand of THQ's recently-released, top-selling Destroy All Humans!TM video game title. UTA aims to guide the Destroy All Humans! property through its development into major motion picture and television projects, overseeing activities related to development, financing, production and distribution. This is the first time THQ has secured agency representation for one of its own original properties.

Turning the tables on the classic Human vs. Alien scenario, the Destroy All Humans! video game allows gamers to play as the alien invader, unleashing a wave of destruction on the most feared enemy the galaxy -- mankind. Featuring non-stop action, UFO flying, alien mythology and set against a tongue in cheek look of 1950's Americana, players explore a variety of open world game environments as they infiltrate humanity and harvest human DNA in order to save their dying race.

"The era, characters and irreverent personality created in Destroy All Humans! provide a fresh experience and story that is truly dynamic," said Peter Dille, senior vice president, worldwide marketing, THQ. "We're looking forward to working hand-in-hand with UTA to bring this exciting and innovative entertainment property to a broader audience."

"THQ's impressive track record of innovating mass-appeal gaming content speaks for itself," said Brent Weinstein, Agent, United Talent Agency. "We see great potential for crossing the DAH! property across all relevant entertainment platforms, and we anticipate high interest among the creative and marketing communities alike."

Developed by Pandemic Studios, Destroy All Humans! is now available for the Sony PlayStation®2 computer entertainment system and the Xbox® video game system from Microsoft at the suggested retail price of $49.99.
