THQ/Deepak Chopra deal

AGOURA HILLS, Calif.—October 12, 2010 – THQ Inc. (NASDAQ: THQI) and Curious Pictures today announced that they have entered into a multi-year license agreement granting THQ the exclusive worldwide rights to develop and publish video games based on the teachings of Deepak Chopra, M.D., renowned author and public speaker on spirituality and mind-body medicine.

The new agreement grants THQ exclusive worldwide rights to publish interactive games based on the Curious Pictures property for the Sony PlayStation®3, the Wii™ system, and Microsoft Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft, the Nintendo DS™ family of hand-held systems, and all wireless devices, as well as online gaming portals, including Xbox LIVE® Arcade, PlayStation Network and WiiWare™.
