The Art Institute of California - San Francisco to Host March 10 Industry Reception During Game Developers Conference
Game Development Professionals, Recruiters, Gaming Media Invited to Connect with Faculty, Staff & Alumni of The Art Institutes System

SAN FRANCISCO (Feb. 10, 2005) - All game industry professionals, recruiters and media attending the Game Developers Conference (GDC) in San Francisco are invited to connect with faculty and alumni of The Art Institutes system during a special GDC Industry Reception at The Art Institute of California - San Francisco ( http://www.aicasf.aii.edu ).
The event will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. on Thurs., March 10, at the Sky Terrace of The Art Institute of California - San Francisco, overlooking downtown San Francisco. The Terrace is located on the 9th floor at 1145 Market Street (between 7th and 8th streets).
During this social event, industry professionals can meet the Academic Directors and faculty members of the Visual & Game Programming, Game Art & Design and Media Arts & Animation bachelor's programs, along with recent alumni and Career Services staff. The GDC Industry Reception also provides an opportunity to learn how to get involved with the schools' Program Advisory Committees, teach classes or hire up-and-coming talent.

The GDC Industry Reception is being co-hosted by Career Services Departments of The Art Institute of California - San Francisco, The Art Institute of California - Los Angeles, The Art Institute of California - Orange County and The Art Institute of California - San Diego. Staff and faculty from various other Art Institutes schools also will attend.
