Telco signs 8 game deal with Sony

Distribution for God of War, Spider-Man 3 and more

Telco games has signed a deal with Sony Pictures to distribute eight of the company's mobile games based on some of its market-leading franchises.

Spider-Man 3 heads the list in two separate titles, with games based on hit PlayStation properties Ratchet and Clank and God of War, as well as Monster House, Q* Bert, Wheel of Fortune and Snoop Dogg Cruisin.

"The Sony deal is an exciting new partnership that will allow us to populate Sony's content across EMEA territories," commented Jamie Conyngham, CEO of Telcogames.

"There is a fantastic line-up of games, which lend themselves perfectly to the mobile platform offering highly entertaining and state of the art gaming experiences.

"This deal with Sony underlines our commitment to distributing and marketing big brands with sophisticated and addictive games," he said.

The first titles to be released will be Ratchet and Clank, Monster House and Q* Bert, with Spider-Man 3 games timed to coincide with the release of the movie on DVD.
