Superscape licenses Tira Jump platform

Hopes to improve development and porting times

Superscape is adopting the Tira Jump 2007 Platform to help standardise its game development and porting process.

Tira Wireless supplies the Jump technology to companies such as Warner Bros., THQ Wireless and Yahoo to improve porting, optimisation, development and certification of mobile content.

"Of all the steps required to bring new titles to market, porting is the one process that entails the greatest complexity and cost," commented David Brittan, VP of technology at Superscape.

"Tira Wireless provides us with technology that enables us to standardise our approach to porting, regardless of whether we use internal or external development teams to create our applications."

Superscape publishers a wide range of first and third-party developed games based on popular IP including Aliens Vs Predator, Muhammad Ali Boxing, Callaway Golf and Fight Club 3D.
