Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis

Ascaron Entertainment and Focus Home Interactive have announced the release of the first playable demo of Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis, the latest episode in the critically acclaimed Sherlock Holmes adventure series for PC.

Sherlock Holmes: Nemesis takes players to 19th Century London and brings together two of the most celebrated characters in detective fiction, London detective Sherlock Holmes and French gentleman thief Arsène Lupin.

Lupin plans to rob London of five immensely valuable objects over the course of five days and has challenged Scotland Yard and Sherlock Holmes to stop him. The objects are housed in highly prestigious locations such as the National Gallery, the British Museum, the Tower of London and even Buckingham Palace. Sherlock Holmes will have to muster all his courage and ingenuity to thwart Lupin’s plans and save England from terrible humiliation.

Demo

The new demo contains hours of gameplay and puts players in the role of the great detective Sherlock Holmes, hot on the trail of Arsène Lupin as he plans to steal a precious painting at the National Gallery in London. Gather clues, investigate crime scenes, interview witnesses and use the power of reason to solve the puzzles left by the gentleman burglar.
