Rooms: The Main Building

Mansion getaway game now available for Wii and Nintendo DS.

San Mateo, Calif. – March 23, 2010 – Players everywhere are preparing to answer the door for Rooms: The Main Building, as the game is now available for Wii™ and Nintendo DS™. Published by Hudson Entertainment, the North and South American subsidiary of HUDSON SOFT, Rooms: The Main Building is set to challenge the minds of Wii and Nintendo DS players as they attempt to solve sliding puzzles in order to escape a series of surreal mansions. Players use various items and the guidance of their host, Mr. Book, to navigate the mystical new world.

“This game is quite unique,” said Mike Pepe, director of marketing of Hudson Entertainment. “ Rooms: The Main Building will provide hours of adventure and intuitive fun for players as they attempt to jump from room to room using their brain power and puzzle-solving skills.”

Designed specifically for point and click controls, Rooms: The Main Building features ideal gameplay for the Wii Remote™ and the Nintendo DS™ stylus. In each room, players must use intellect, strategy and various objects to solve each puzzle. To make it into next room, players must carefully shift pieces in the current room around, in a manner similar to slide puzzles, to keep moving forward. Players are also rewarded with a bonus if the background is placed correctly. With more than 100 rooms to go through and a level editor to create even more, players will discover that the solution is only a doorstep away.

Rooms: The Main Building is rated E for Everyone by the ESRB and is now available for $29.99.
