Relentless Nominated for Trio of Awards

14th September 2006. Brighton, UK. Relentless Software, the award-winning, innovative studio has received further recognition by being nominated for a BAFTA and two Golden Joystick Awards for its PlayStation® 2 game Buzz!: The BIG Quiz, published by Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE).

The nominations are:

BAFTA - Casual & Social.

Having picked up two Develop awards in July 2006, these nominations are further evidence that Relentless is achieving recognition from the consumer and the press as well as its industry peers.

Buzz!: The Music Quiz? and Buzz!: The Big Quiz? have sold over 2 million units on PlayStation?2 to date, in Europe alone and further versions of the hugely popular franchise are due for release by SCEE throughout 2006.

Relentless Software was formed in late 2003 by Andrew Eades and David Amor. Both Eades and Amor have track records in the videogames industry that include working at DMA, Virgin and Electronic Arts, and on many games including the Lemmings and Harry Potter franchises.
