PopCap and Google join Evolve Conference

Android team leader and PopCap senior designer confirmed as latest speakers

Organisers have announced new speakers for the Evolve Conference, including representatives from Google Japan and developer PopCap Games.

Due to take place on July 13 as part of the Develop in Brighton Conference in the UK, Evolve is focused on emerging platforms, business models and user-generated content.

Newly confirmed speakers include Chris Pruett from the Android team at Google Japan, who will give a lecture entitled "An Android Game Post-Mortem".

PopCap Games senior designer Dave Bishop will give a talk named "A Casual Game In Every Pocket".

Previously announced keynote addresses for the event will be presented by Westwood Studios co-founder Louis Castle (now at Instant Action) and Unity Technologies’ David Helgason.

Other speakers include representatives from Hand Circus, nDreams, Hello Games, Wonderland, ideaworks 3d, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Muskedunder Interactive, beamME, Bigpoint, Fishlabs and ICO Partners.
