OGDC 2008 calls for speakers

The organisers of the second annual Online Game Development Conference have put out a call for keynoters, speakers and moderators for the 2008 conference

The organisers of the second annual Online Game Development Conference have put out a call for keynoters, speakers and moderators for the 2008 conference.

OGDC 2008 will focus on all aspects of online game development across platforms, topically focusing on the technology, design, production, business, and globalisation of games utilising the internet

"No other single event can offer the scope of opportunities for online gaming developers and industry professionals on a global scale as OGDC," said conference director Peter Freese.

Past OGDC speakers include Kevin Bjorke (Nvidia), Joshua Hong (K2 Network), Won-il Suh, (Neowiz), Joseph Ybarra (Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment), Allison Luong (Pearl Research), Diana Li (Shanda), Mike Goslin (Disney Online), and James Gwertzman (PopCap Games).

The deadline for session proposals is January 21, 2008.

OGDC 2008 will be held in Seattle, Washington on May 13-15, 2008.
