Official Xbox Magazine Scores World-Exclusive Review Of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2

April Issue Names Video Game "Editors' Choice"

For Immediate Release

South San Francisco, CA (March 6, 2005) - In a world-exclusive cover story, Official Xbox Magazine reviewed Ubisoft's Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, the highly anticipated action sequel to the original video game. The full review hits stands in the magazine's April issue on March 13.

As the only authorized publication for Microsoft's console, Official Xbox Magazine's stamp of approval is backed by its unmatched authority on the system and its games. The magazine bestowed Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 with a revered "Editors' Choice" award and dubbed the game the "deepest, richest multiplayer experience yet on [Xbox] 360."

Official Xbox Magazine was the only media outlet with advanced access to Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 prior to the official launch date of March 8. Senior Editor Ryan McCaffrey composed the eight-page review that was brought to life with never-before-seen images captured from the game. The comprehensive review takes readers through the different mode options including single and multiplayer, the sequel's improvements on the original and the game's triumphs and shortcomings.

An exclusive CD-ROM is polybagged with the issue and includes two Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 playable demos, five exclusive gamer pictures, a large art gallery of images from the game and new downloads for the original.

"Official Xbox Magazine was the obvious choice for an exclusive review of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2," said Editor In Chief Francesca Reyes. "As the best-selling and most trusted Xbox magazine around, it is the perfect outlet to introduce players to one of the best examples of new generation gaming by Ubisoft."
