Nordic Game 2010

Details of April conference at the new venue of Luftkastellet Slagthuset in Malmö.

The Nordic Game 2010 conference, 27-30 April 2010 in Malmö, Sweden & Copenhagen, Denmark, will explore the new realities of the games industry. The conference program will focus on how to bridge the gaps between game ideas and business models, creativity and management, and market awareness and profit-making. The event will be for everyone who’s eager to learn, share, adapt and evolve to the today’s changing industry.

Nordic Game 2010 will take place on 28-29 April in Luftkastellet Slagthuset, a new and beautiful venue for the conference located in central Malmö, but it will kick-start on 27 April with a string of pre-events. Among these is the Nordic Game Indie Night, a new initiative where independent game developers from the Nordic region gather for a social night of inspiration, fun and games. The event will be open for the public, who are invited to see and play exciting new offerings from the independent game community.

On 30 April, the day after the main conference, all delegates are given the opportunity to experience the Nordic game industry hotspot from the other side of the Öresund Bridge. By joining Nordic Game for Copenhagen Robot, the largest games consumer event in Denmark, the delegates can share their love for games with the expected attendance of 30,000 game hungry visitors.

These are just some of the headlines for a Nordic Game conference that aims at surpassing all previous records in terms of content and exciting offerings. More news about the conference, the speakers, the party, the networking etc. will be announced very soon at www.nordicgame.com.
