Nordic Game 2009

Chaps from Rockstar Leeds, CCP Games and IO Interactive to share thoughts.

With just twelve days until the opening of Nordic Game 2009, the organizers are very proud to announce the final three sessions of the conference program.

Ian Bowden from Rockstar Leeds will give a creative lecture entitled “It’s A Small World”, where he discusses some of the challenges faced in developing GTA: Chinatown Wars for the Nintendo DS.

Nathan Richardsson, CCP Games, will talk about “Decisions towards World Domination”, revealing some of choices and decisions made at CCP that brought EVE Online from relative obscurity to huge success.

Calle Lejdfors from IO Interactive will hit the tech focused delegates with “Designing a flexible content pipeline”, giving an overview of the content pipeline of the Glacier 2 engine used in the forthcoming Hitman game.
