No plans for Lunar DS in Europe

Ubisoft has no plans to release Lunar: Dragon Song for Nintendo DS in Europe, the publisher told us this week.

The disappointing news comes about a week after the company's US arm unveiled the game, which is being developed by Japan Art Media in conjunction with GameArts, and revealed that it would be a DS exclusive.

The game is set 1,000 years before Lunar: Silver Star, which appeared around a decade ago, and immediately piqued the interest of longstanding fans of the series.
