Former EA Japan Online man joins developer agency ISM.

Prior to joining ISM, Nicolas di Costanzo's 18 years in the interactive industry included working as GM of EA Japan Online, Managing Director at Vivendi Games Japan and COO of Atari’s local subsidiary. Nicolas worked as representative of EDGE, where he developed and extended his knowledge of the local markets and its prominent players. Nicolas was also responsible for the release of over 100 titles in Japan both in packaged goods and online through publishing and licensing channels. He has a strong background in business development and extensive experience in contract negotiations with local industry operators.
