Blast! Entertainment's value PlayStation 2 launch titles go for a pan European release

London - 21st September 2006 - Blast! Entertainment Limited part of the Mastertronic Group of Companies rolls out a pan European PS2 launch. The first four titles to reach market consist of the child friendly and pocket friendly licensed titles including Casper and the Ghostly Trio, Jumanji, Babe and AMF Xtreme Bowling 2006.

Casper and the Ghostly Trio - RRP £9.99/14.95 - PlayStation 2

The classic character has been popular since the 1950's and has been the subject of many TV series, comic strips and most notably movies grossing $282 million globally. As well as Casper the Friendly Ghost, the game includes favourite characters including Wendy and the three dastardly uncles and it plays over 6 very different graphical levels.

Jumanji - RRP £9.99/14.95 - PlayStation 2

Based on the $265 million box office hit movie starring Robin Williams and the popular board game, Jumanji lends itself perfectly to an exciting gaming experience. The PS2 game is based on the board game and includes a series of compelling levels and the twelve different mini games include avoid an elephant stampede, climbing mountains, ride down rapids and many more exciting adventures to tackle.

Babe - RRP £9.99/14.95 - PlayStation 2

A huge hit movie featuring the lovable sheep pig which grossed over $300 million globally at the box office, the game is aimed at kids/family and involves a mixture of Lemmings and puzzle style gameplay where Babe has to herd sheep through a series of tricky scenarios. Journey through 6 graphical levels and solve over 50 puzzles to reach your goal and return to the farm.

AMF Xtreme Bowling 2006 - RRP £9.99/14.95 - PlayStation 2

Based on the AMF U.S bowling organisation this realistic bowling sim is compulsive playing, smooth graphics throughout 9 bowling arenas, choose from normal or Xtreme mode and play as one of the pre-defined characters or create as many different players as you like with the character editor, bowling for the whole family, without leaving your living room.

All of the titles are available now throughout Europe based on an RRP of £9.99/14.95, the Blast! range represents excellent value especially for kids and families with characters you know and love.
