NEW LOOK FOR KOCH MEDIA

BASINGSTOKE, England (January 13th 2006) - As from 13th January 2006, KOCH Media will be appearing with a new logo. One of the main reasons for redesigning the logo was the increasing internationalisation of the company based in Munich, Germany.

2005 saw another milestone in the history of KOCH Media: The company headquartered in Munich entered the French market by purchasing the French games publisher SG Diffusion. The KOCH Media group's corporate design was subsequently reworked in order to reflect the increased significance of internationalisation and to unite all companies under a single banner. The most striking change is the new logo, which will be adopted by all KOCH Media offices in the six European countries.

"The logo we have been using to date has been in existence since the founding of KOCH Media in 1994. After twelve years, we decided the time was right to adjust it to the advanced development of KOCH Media. Whereas we used to be a purely service-oriented company working for many software producers, we now market and produce digital entertainment and lifestyle products. New product fields and platforms have been added in recent years. Moreover, the new modern design conveys our company's principles of clarity and transparency in all areas of business and all countries," says Klemens Kundratitz, CEO of KOCH Media, with regard to the new design.
