Namco, Vivendi vet joins True Games

Peter Cesario joins online games start-up as director of new business

Online games start-up True Games has hired Peter Cesario as director of new business and product development.

Cesario has previously held key production roles with Namco, Vivendi Universal and 20th Century Fox Interactive.

"True Games is serious about becoming the leading micro-transaction online game publisher in the U S," said Jeff Lujan, founder of True Games.

"Attracting and nurturing key management talent is an important part of accomplishing our goal and Peter is exactly the kind of talent we need."

The company was established at the start of the year by former K2 Network execs, and plans to offer new online business models to independent developers and publishers.

"I am excited to join True Games when it is just beginning its climb to the top," said Cesario.

"I have worked with the key management personnel who started the company and I have the utmost respect for their experience and knowledge of the industry and am proud to be part of their team."
