NAMCO BANDAI GAMES APPOINTS ROGER HECTOR AS VICE PRESIDENT OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

SANTA CLARA, Calif., (August 23, 2007) - Leading video games publisher and developer NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc., announced today that Roger Hector has joined its senior management team in the role of Vice President of Product Development. Mr. Hector will assume the responsibility of overseeing all facets of the company's internal and external game development activities.

"With more than 30 years of development and management experience, Roger provides the NAMCO BANDAI Games executive team with a proven history of creating outstanding video games and the valuable perspective we need to meet our short and long term development goals," said Genichi Ito, President and Chief Executive Officer of NAMCO BANDAI Games America Inc. Mr. Hector joins NAMCO BANDAI Games with an impressive background in video game development. Starting his career in the video game industry with Atari and Electronic Arts, Mr. Hector then joined The Walt Disney Company where he led their consumer software publishing initiatives. Mr. Hector later joined SEGA as Vice President and General Manager and then Universal Studios as President of the Digital Arts Division. Most recently, Mr. Hector was Chief Operating Officer with the Enterprise Broadcasting Corporation and a leading executive development consultant to a number of companies in the entertainment, video game and online spaces. Mr. Hector graduated from the Art Center College of Design, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design.
