MNI acquires Breakpoint

Breakpoint Games has been acquired by MNI Premium, as the telecommunications specialist looks to expand further into European and International markets.

Breakpoint has developed a number of games recently including The Witcher (pictured), Footbag Freestyle and Yamakasi Masters.

"The creative and sales capabilities of Breakpoint will serve to broaden the international scope of MNI Premium and enhance its content portfolio," commented Anna Wawrzynowicz, sales director at MNI.

"The breakpoint brand will continue to create top-class Java games and offer advergaming and porting services," she said.
