The organisers of next month's London Games Summit have announced that Michael Denny, vice president of SCE Worldwide Studio Europe, will deliver a keynote speech at the event.

Denny's speech will focus on digital distribution. He will discuss how consumer choices and demands are likely to change, content planning and production, community creation and the importance of economic rules and realities.

"Michael Denny's keynote addresses the most dramatic economic and cultural change in the videogame business to date," said executive conference director Jamil Moledina.

"Digital distribution is going to play a vital part in reaching a wider and increasingly entertainment-hungry audience. Michael's keynote will be a must for those ready to embrace this new potential."

The London Games Summit will take place on October 4 - 5 at the BAFTA headquarters in Piccadilly. Other speakers already confirmed for the event include Government minister Shaun Woodward, Lionhead's Peter Molyneux and Lord Sainsbury.
